RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Globe Ladders, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We want you to enjoy the benefits of your purchases for years to come. However, if you need to make a return, please take a moment to review our returns policy.

Conditions for Return: Products can be returned by consumers under the following conditions:

  • The goods must be unused and undamaged.
  • They should be in their original, unopened packaging where necessary.
  • The items should be fit for resale as new.

Return Notification: Consumers are required to notify us of their intention to return within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after the delivery. This notification should be sent via email to info@globeladders.co.uk.

Return Deadline: After notifying us, consumers must return the goods within 14 calendar days.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please call us on 0121 440 6636 or send an email to info@globeladders.co.uk with your order number and return reason to obtain an authorised returns number. This number must be prominently displayed on the exterior of all packages. Without this number, our warehouse will not accept any returns. Please send the goods to the address confirmed in the acceptance email.

Responsibility for Return: Customers are responsible for the costs and risks associated with the safe return of the products, and they must make the necessary arrangements for the return.

Refund Process: Refunds will be promptly issued within 14 calendar days after the goods are returned and verified to be in a condition fit for resale. If the returned goods are found to be damaged or not in "as new" condition, they may be rejected, and no refund will be issued. The items will be held in our warehouse awaiting customer collection.

Deductions from Refund: The cost of outward carriage will typically be deducted from any refund, except in cases where a delivery charge was originally paid. Please note that products refused on delivery (e.g., due to size, weight, or other factors) will not be refunded until they are returned to our warehouse by the carrier and verified by our staff to be in an "as new" condition and fit for resale. The cost of outward and return carriage will be deducted from any refund due.

Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that "bespoke specials" tailored to your specific requirements and "made-to-order" products are not eligible for return.
