Stairwell podium steps are now the preferred choice by safety officers and are the only way to achieve HSE approval for low-level work. This is because they provide a 1m high lockable guard rail surrounding the large, non-slip platform which provides the user 360° access to their work and prevent falls from height as they are enclosed safely within the footprint of the podium.
Much safer alternative to industrial step ladders as has a lockable, 1m high guardrail system which surrounds the perimeter of the platform and therefore protects the user from falling from height. Very strong – 150 Kg weight rating. These podiums meet all the requirements of the new Working at Height Regulations for your safety and reassurance.
