The Werner ThermoPlus is an energy efficient timber loft ladder that comes with a hatch and 64mm of insulation, making it the ideal choice for keeping the heat in and saving on energy efficiency. The Werner Thermoplus features a spring assisted stowage mechanism for effortless opening and closing. The 344537000 is available with an extension piece too, which then allows a floor to ceiling height of upto 3.3m for higher ceilings.
This complete loft ladder kit comes with hinge clip safety locks and a single handrail to assist with safe climbing when accessing the loft. Designed with slip resistant treads, this loft ladder comes semi-assembled with a draft proof trapdoor, 150kg load capacity and a 5 year guarantee.
