The Alu-Fix Concertina Aluminium Loft Ladder is ideal where space is limited and there is insufficient clearance behind or above the loft hatch for a conventional loft ladder. This is available in 2 different sizes.

Alu-Fix Concertina Aluminium Loft Ladder

This ladder is ideal where space is limited and there is insufficient clearance behind or above the loft hatch for a conventional loft ladder.

Features:

  • Supplied fully assembled for immediate installation
  • Space saving – fits loft openings down to 600mm x 500mm wide and requires almost no inside clearance
  • Spring controlled operation
  • Strong safe construction with extra wide treads (80mm) for comfort
  • Duty rating 100kg (tested to built in Security Stop 200kg)
  • Complete with trap door hinges, catch and pole hook

The maximum ceiling heights given allow for the ALU-FIX being fitted to the bottom edge of the timber frame surround.
