All prices include VAT and DELIVERY to Mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands). Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Non-Mainland (Offshore) will incur the following surcharges:-
Scottish Highlands - £20 (3 - 5 Day Service)
Northern Ireland - £25 (3 - 5 Day Service)
Southern Ireland - £35 (3 - 5 Day Service)
Isle of Wight - £15 (3 - 5 Day Service)
Isle of Man - £50 (3 - 5 Day Service)
A few remote locations are not available for next day delivery and orders will be despatched on a 3 - 5 day delivery instead - as listed above.

We pride ourselves by offering a quick and reliable service. Most items are despatched from stock within 24 - 48 hours via a next day delivery, this is once we have confirmed a convenient delivery date date when someone can be in to inspect the goods before they are signed for.
SIGNING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
When you sign for your delivery, you are certifying that the correct number of items have been delivered and that they are in satisfactory condition because where you sign it reads "Received in Good Condition".
Goods must be checked for damage or loss before signing for the delivery. If for any reason you are unable to check the goods throughly before signing you must write "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Signing "UNCHECKED", "UNEXAMINED", "NOTCHECKED" or something similar is not acceptable.
If you discover unacceptable damage at the time of delivery you must sign "DAMAGED" and refuse delivery. Please advise us immediately if you have had to do this so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible. If arranging for other people to take delivery of your goods please advise them of the above procedure.

In this instance we will be unable to despatch on a next day delivery so we will contact you with an estimated delivery date once we have received your order or if you require further information please contact us on 0121 440 6636.
We will endeavour to ensure your goods arrive on the agreed delivery date, however should a problem arise we will not be held liable for any losses incurred by you the purchaser or any third party arising from from late or non delivery.
If ordering a Loft Ladder and you have employed a fitter to fit this for you, we advise this is arranged after your order has arrived and you have checked it throughly.
If any goods need to be returned that have been ordered incorrectly and are not faulty we will refund you once the item is returned to us in a saleable condition. The goods will then be refunded less the carriage costs.
